Introduction to a Liability Waiver 

At Enter Balancing Rays, we offer a variety of holistic wellness services designed to support your body’s innate ability to self-regulate and adapt. These services include but are not limited to: biofeedback assessments, frequency-based wellness support, lifestyle education, toxin and nutrient load evaluations, energetic balancing, and individualized wellness coaching. While these tools are often helpful in promoting clarity, awareness, and resilience, they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, nor do they replace licensed medical care.

This Liability Waiver is designed to inform clients of potential risks, limitations, and responsibilities when engaging in any wellness service through Enter Balancing Rays. By proceeding, clients affirm that they understand and accept these terms. This document helps safeguard both the client and the provider by establishing clear boundaries, fostering transparency, and reinforcing a shared commitment to well-being.

1. Voluntary Participation

By engaging with services provided by Enter Balancing Rays, the client affirms that they are voluntarily participating in wellness assessments, energy-based services, lifestyle education, and any other offerings provided by the business. The client acknowledges they are doing so of their own free will and at their own risk.

2. Assumption of Risk

The client understands and agrees that wellness services—particularly those involving energetic analysis, frequency feedback, or biofield balancing—may not be universally accepted or validated by conventional medical science.The client acknowledges and accepts all potential risks, both known and unforeseen, associated with these services. This includes, but is not limited to, the possibility of emotional discomfort, temporary energetic shifts, or unexpected reactions. By proceeding, the client agrees to release Enter Balancing Rays and its staff from any liability. 3. No Medical Care or Emergency Services Provided

The client understands that Enter Balancing Rays does not offer urgent or emergency care services and is not a substitute for professional medical treatment, emergency intervention, or mental health care. Clients with acute medical or psychological concerns are advised to seek appropriate care from licensed professionals immediately.

4. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the client hereby releases, waives, discharges, and agrees to hold harmless Enter Balancing Rays, its owners, employees, contractors, trainers, and technicians from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from participation in any of its services or use of its materials, whether in-person, online, or remote.

5. Indemnification Clause

The client agrees to indemnify and defend Enter Balancing Rays and its representatives against any claims or actions arising from misuse of services, failure to follow guidance, or misrepresentation of personal health information.

Training Services Disclaimer

In addition to direct client wellness services, Enter Balancing Rays also provides training programs, practitioner mentorship, informational sessions, and support for professionals exploring frequency-based or energetic wellness tools. These educational and consultative services are not therapeutic in nature, and do not constitute personalized health advice or clinical instruction.

By participating in training programs or educational offerings, participants acknowledge that:
